Sarang Entertainment was born from a melody that played long before our first event—a melody woven from two lives, two cultures, and one powerful truth: every love story deserves a soundtrack as unique and beautiful as the couple themselves.
We are Sílvia and Rohit, the couple and creative force behind Sarang. Our story is a dance of harmonies: she, a Portuguese musician with an ear for soulful detail; he, an Indian artist with a performer’s energy and deep cultural roots. For years, we crafted celebrations in our parallel worlds—her in the heartfelt weddings of Portugal, him in the vibrant festivities of India.
We witnessed how the right music and ambience don’t just accompany a moment—they become the memory. They are the unspoken emotion, the collective heartbeat of a celebration. And we realized our skills were a perfect match.
So, we joined forces. And in naming our dream, we found a word that held our entire universe: Sarang.
To us, ‘Sarang’ is far more than a name. It is a beautiful tapestry of meanings that defines our mission:
It is ‘Love’ in Korean—the universal core of every union we celebrate.
It is a classical Indian ‘Raga’—a complex, emotive melody, just as each wedding we craft is a unique composition of joy, tradition, and personal rhythm.
It represents the seven colours of the rainbow—a spectrum of light coming together to create something whole and magnificent, reflecting our fusion of cultures and our commitment to celebrating every facet of your story.
And, most personally, it is the second name of our daughter—a symbol of the beautiful fusion we live every day, and the love we pour into creating lasting joy for other families.
